My precious baby boy was five months old five days ago.
He's the squishiest bundle of JOY you'll ever lay your eyes on.
We adore him. And like most people, can't help but grin just by looking at him.
He's a BIG boy. We love that. Chunky, healthy baby boys are what we make around here.
He loves to eat. He loves his brother. He loves people. He's such a content little angel.
Slade doesn't have to have a 5 month checkup, but we did go in for a follow up ear check today
and my butterball weighed in at TWENTY ONE POUNDS, ONE OUNCE!
People, that's some serious chunky baby love.
Look at him smile watching his big brother-- it's the most precious thing.
He LOVES watching what Carson does and just giggles at him all the time!
My little turkeys! 3 years and 5 months-- so blessed!
This is what happens to your laundry when your Mom has chemo, you make meals to feed your Dad, babysit your friends kids, take yours for checkups, run errands, pick up the house, shower..... yep, I'm keeping it real blog readers. Life is not always perfect around these parts!!
And, this was just cute... Carson has had this tiny dog forever.
Yesterday, he wanted to name her and feed her.
So, we named her Betsy and Carson sat and bottle fed her for the longest time.
So precious!
And by no means do I think it's cute enough to get him a real dog :)

ReplyDeleteLove Slade's 5 month pictures, he is soooo cute and looks just like you! I cannot believe he is already 21 lbs, he looks oh so cuddly :) :) Samantha is only 20 lbs even at 15 months, she needs to take some weight gain lessons from baby Slade ;)

ReplyDeleteMeredith, they are both cute as can be! I laughed out loud when I read how much that cuddly boy weighs--Addy weighed 24 lbs at her 2 year appt last month! haha
