things are happening.
life is going on.
the weather is picture perfect.
my boys are healthy.
what on earth could i complain about?
nothing worthwhile, i can tell you that much.
behold, some of the latest and greatest,
well, the latest from the Sweet T's...
We celebrated St. Patrick's Day. yep, yep.
I made the boys tie-dyed tees to wear and they turned out
an odd shade of forest green that I was not loving.
Stefanie planned a little St. Patrick's Day lunch get-together at Japaneiro's.
A few of my favorite mamas met up for lunch with our little leprechauns.
We made green applejack necklaces for our sweet little friends to enjoy!
Kevin and Carson separated two boxes worth of Apple Jacks for me
so the green ones would be easy to string on. Thank you babe for being
so willing to help me with things like this, I love that about you.
Headed out to lunch, decked in green. No pinching the Sweet T Fam!
Precious Carson and Liam enjoying lunch on the patio...
Sweet lovebugs... Carson and Scarlett decked out for St. Patrick's Day!
My precious angels lunching.
We made a quick pit stop at Old Navy after lunch. Clearly my Slader had had enough.
Since the tie-dyed shirts weren't what I wanted them to be, they became lounge clothes that evening.
We made an extra for the babysitter to wear. I am sure she was thrilled.
Babysitter? Did someone say babysitter?
That's right, we left our bambinos with a sitter for the first time.
We went to see Zac Brown Band at the Rodeo with my parents, sister Megan & her hubs Jesse.
So... that scratched out our usual babysitting suspects.
We were thrilled beyond words to have Jesse's younger sister watch the boys.
They love her, they had a great time, and we were completely comfortable.
Carson woke up the next morning asking for her. Great sign!
We had so much fun at the Rodeo.
Zac Brown Band was AWESOME. Loved every song. Love their patriotism.
Megan and I were on a "fried pickle mission" as soon as we stepped foot onto the rodeo grounds.
We realized that they were only sold outside near the livestock show, not in the actual building.
We were also informed that you can't bring outside food into the stadium.
So, what would two good, Christian gals do upon receiving that information?
Why, we'd make a bee-line for the fried pickles outside...
ate as many as we possibly could while walking back to the stadium...
then decide it would be impossible to throw the piping hot basket of crispy, fried pickles away.
so we wrapped them up in paper towels and Megan tucked them into her shirt.
Duh.

Cute pics! Love the Greers!
