today was a rainy day.  both literally and figuratively.

She's trainer to Gwyneth and Courtney Cox. 

Apparently, if you never unwrap the DVD and actually do the workouts...

you will NOT see any results. Hmmph!

I am in the first spot on the waiting list to be a part of the Apples of Gold Bible Study 

at my church this season. It's only offered once a year and I was "in" the class last year 

but backed out before it began when we found out my mom had cancer. 

I wasn't sure if I could commit to the class not knowing what her journey would entail 

and since it's such a small group of women I didn't want to take a spot and not be able 

to fulfill the commitment. Anyhow, I am PRAYING SO HARD that I can be a part 

of this year's group. Will you throw up a prayer or two for me?

I am positively giddy over the prospect of Carson & Slade sharing a room.

It won't happen any time soon. But when it does, I will be delighted.

I think there's something so special and sweet about 

that window of time where it's EXCITING to share a room with your sibling.

Everyone is talking about Mardi Gras, King Cake, and beignets.
