mini mail: itty bitty pen pals {november}

precious little pen pals...

here is your assignment for the november send off.

so thankful for reach one of you sweet mamas that is allowing your children to participate.

my kids are loving this and i know they'll grow to anticipate and appreciate it the pen pal exchange 

more and more as the months pass. as always, you can email me if you have any questions along 

the way. be sure to add your partner's email address to your contacts as i know some 

had trouble losing communication to spam. hope your november is full of blessings. 

here's a few mini mail reminders...

• 1st of the month: monthly theme & pen pal mail instructions posted
• 1st of the month: pen pal partners received - your partner is the same for October, November and December
• 15th of the month: packages must be IN THE MAIL.
• 29th of the month (February has 29 days this year): Blog about your pen pal package!

*Update: I just wanted to add that I am continually receiving emails from moms interested in participating. I love that Mini Mail Pen Pals is taking off... it really is so much fun! BUT... it's hard to keep up with the requests and I need to streamline the process. Help me, help you!

• First, let me ask that if you want your child to participate it will help me greatly if you can follow these instructions: EMAIL ME at thetichenorfamily {at} gmail {dot} com and YOU MUST include the following information: your name, your best email address, your child's name and your child's age. It's really hard to keep up with all of the interest if I am having to scan blog comments, emails, FB messages, etc. So, officially, unless I receive an email from you with ALL of the above information, I will not add you to the waiting list. Thanks for understanding.
• I am making a "waiting list" as I receive your inquiries. I have done my best to pair the pen pals up so that they are generally the same age. Also, since we're operating on shipping/posting deadlines it may be too late to pair you by the time I receive your request. I will do my best to get your paired ASAP, but please understand if there's not a "match" for your kiddo-- and be patient for the next month! I'm sure more pen pals will come along.
