favorite things party.

A couple of weeks ago some of my best friends and I hosted a FAVORITE THINGS party!
It's something I've been wanting to do ever since I saw this party a while back.
The invitation asked each guest to bring FIVE of their favorite thing under $6.
Each lady would go home with five new favorite things at the end of the evening.
We had door prizes, yummy food and treats, and lots of great girlfriends. It was so much fun!
We passed out white bags to bring home your loot in and printed Favorite Things pages
for everyone to write down the "favorites" of the evening. We had a cute little quiz that ended
like a game of Scattergories-- the person with the most answers remaining got a prize!
Each guest wrote their name five times and dropped into the fish bowl.
To determine who gets whose favorite things, we had Haley, the hostess start us off.
She drew 5 names, those 5 ladies got her favorite thing, then the last name she drew went next.
That lady would then draw 5 names, pass out her favorite thing, and give the bowl to the
last name drawn making sure you never drew yourself or a duplicate name.

There were so many great goodies... cookies, Starbucks gift cards, panties, wine, nail polish,
dry shampoo, hair ties, beach towels, pens, lip gloss, body splash and MORE!
I brought the Not Your Mothers Clean Freak Dry Shampoo and if you look closely beneath it,
you'll see a stack of yellow framed Happy Summer printables! Fun, fun! :)
The lovely hostesses: Lauren, Haley, Haley, Jacci, Me, and Jo
Really and truly LOVE these ladies so very much.
Party preppin...
My sister and her best friend drove down from Spring, we were SO excited to have them!
We had a fabulous turn out- such a fun group of ladies!

I'm telling you all... we have WAY too much fun together. SO blessed by these friendships.
We laugh so much it's not even funny. Well, maybe it is. Ha!
It was such a great evening... lots of fun, lots of laughs, lots of fabulous favorite things.
I am so glad we finally hosted one of these parties. We're already talking about
a holiday themed favorite things party for the fall.. cannot wait!
