For the past few Easters, I've the Easter Bunny has always brought new Spring sandals.
I rounded up some favorites for this season...
At this point, I haven't purchased ONE thing for the boy's Easter baskets. Whoops!
Is there something that you put in your kid's baskets every year?
I know Slade would be happy with a basket full of yogurt melts.

SO funny, I bought Salt-water sandals for E's basket and posted other basket ideas on the blog today! PS - LOVE the mommy sandals you picked!
ReplyDeleteMy mom/Easter Bunny always put a new spring/summer swimsuit, new sandals, and a new spring play outfit. Those were the three Easter basket traditions you could always count in my family along with yummy Easter candy of course!

I don't have any children, but I always do Easter baskets for other folks! Just to name a few... new toothbrushes, Girl Scout cookies and magazines are always tucked inside!
ReplyDeleteWe keep it small to try and focus on the day as for church. That being said...we have a cute bunny-shaped key that the kids put out on the front door knob for the bunny to let himself in. They love doing that! We put out few jelly beans, some candies, and some money from the Easter bunny (that we say is ushering in spring)! The bunny also leaves eggs in our front yard filled with coins or candies for hunting!
